About the Property

At the GULF ISLAND BEACH & TENNIS CLUB you will enjoy the beautiful waterfront views of the Gulf. This property is available for 30 days or longer stays, guests will have the entire place to themselves and it is fully furnished.

This updated condo has 1 bedroom (with a king size bed) and 1 bathroom. The living room has additional sleeper for possible guests to visit during your stay. Plenty of stores and eateries are in the surrounding areas.

Our property is equipped with the average day common household items to make every guest feel at home. What is included:

All utilities (water, trash, electric, cable & internet)
Full equipped kitchen (major appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, flatware, dishes, etc.)
Liens, towels, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper provided
Laundry facilities on 2nd & 4th floors of the property (there is a fee)
Safety features such as a person guarded gated community, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
A heated pool, lagoon, game room and fitness center is also included
