It is our hope to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Below are frequently asked questions that may help make your decision to book easier as well as provide you with as much information for you to feel comfortable with your reservation and stay.
What are included in the fees?
Fees are inclusive of the following:

Taxes (Florida is hefty on the taxes and their are about 12%).
What is your booking policy?
We know that you want to enjoy your travel and we don't want to make booking a place to stay stressful. Our booking process is:

Guests book online

The morning of your reservation you will receive the guest book and the code for you to access the unit.

What is your cancellation policy?
Before you book, make sure you’re comfortable with the cancellation policy. Keep in mind that the policy does not cover cancellations due to illness or travel disruptions caused by Covid-19, hurricanes etc.
Cancellation deadlines for receiving refunds are measured from the check-in time for the listing in its local time zone, or 3:00 PM if no check-in time is specified.

Short term stays (at least 6 days but less than 30)

100% refund 24 hours after booking accepted, if booking is requested at least 7 days before check in.

If canceled after 24 hours of booking, there is no refund.

If you are booking less than 7 days from your reservation there is no refund.

Once checked in there is no refund.
For Long Term Stays-Flexible Cancelation policy (more than 31 days or more)

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in.

Once checked in there is no refund.
Remember that the amount refunded will never be more than the amount you have actually paid at the time you cancel.
Extenuating circumstances:
Did an emergency or natural disaster disrupt your reservation? You may be eligible for a refund due to extenuating circumstances. The following are considered covered “event” covered in the cancellation policy.

Changes to government travel requirements: Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency that prevent travel to the destination. This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel.

Declared emergencies and epidemics: Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area.

Government travel restrictions: Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance.

Military actions and other hostilities: Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest.

Natural disasters: Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events. This does not include weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location. (example: hurricanes occurring during hurricane season in hurricane prone areas)

Enjoy and take care of your suite as your home and have fun! Additional cleanings may be arranged for longer stays for a fee, but please beware there’s no daily housekeeping service.

Smoking is not allowed (including vaping and e-cigarettes), if the suite smells of tobacco, there will be an additional $150 charge that will be billed to you. Please refrain from making loud noises in the stairways or in the suite after 10:00 pm on weekdays and after 12:00 AM on weekends. If there are complaints you may be asked to leave the facility and will not receive any refunds.
